Delete your Battle Card Rumble account

If you can still sign in, please delete from inside the app. Open your Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. In-app deletion is instant; this form is only for users who can no longer sign in (lost device, switched phones, etc.).

Submit a deletion request

We will process your request within 30 days as required by GDPR and CCPA. You will receive an email confirmation when your account and data have been removed. Aggregate game logs are kept (with your name removed) so other players' match histories stay intact.

Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Play Store or App Store — we cannot cancel them on your behalf.

Guest accounts

Guest accounts can only be deleted from inside the app on the device where they were created. They have no email or other shared identifier we can use to find them from this form. If you have a Guest account you want to delete, open Battle Card Rumble on that device and use the in-app Delete Account button.

What gets deleted

Your coin balance, owned cosmetics (frames + decks), inbox, friend connections, personal match history, and your account record itself.

Aggregate game logs are anonymised, not deleted — so other players' match histories stay intact, but your name is removed.
