Battle Card Rumble is operated by Aspiring Tech Pte Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights — including how to permanently delete your account.
What we collect
- Account data — your Firebase user id; optionally your email + name if you sign in with Google.
- Gameplay data — match history, coin balance, owned cosmetics, achievements, friends list, referrals.
- Purchase records — in-app purchases routed through Google Play / Apple App Store. We store the entitlement record; payment details stay with the store.
- Diagnostics — error logs + performance metrics, used only to fix bugs. No third-party advertising trackers.
How we use it
- Run gameplay — your hand, the table, opponent matchmaking.
- Show your stats, friends, leaderboard standings.
- Grant in-app purchases (coins, cosmetics).
- Fix bugs based on diagnostic logs.
We do not sell your data. We do not show third-party ads. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Your data deletion rights
You can permanently delete your Battle Card Rumble account and associated personal data at any time:
- In the app: open your Profile, scroll to the bottom, tap Delete Account, and follow the confirmation prompt. Deletion is instant.
- From the web (if you can no longer sign in): visit /delete-account and submit the request form. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR / CCPA.
Deletion removes your account, your coin balance, your owned cosmetics, your inbox, your friend connections, your in-app purchase records, and your individual game history. Aggregate game logs are kept (with your name removed) so other players' match histories stay intact.
Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the Play Store or App Store — we cannot cancel them for you.
Children
Battle Card Rumble is intended for users 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page with a new "last updated" date.
